Floor gratings assembly instructions

1. Assembly should be executed in accordance with the technical drawings, gratings layout plan and the following instructions. The relevant workplace safety rules and ordinances, e.g. Czech ordinance No. 324/1990 should be observed.
2. Proper attention should be given to the correct grating orientation - grating must be positioned in such a way that the bearing rods are perpendicular to the support,(see the figure).
3. Minimal recommended support length of the gratings in the direction of bearing rods is 30 mm.
4. Each grating should be attached to supports by means of clips to prevent accidental lifting or shifting of the grating. The minimal amount of clips is 4 pieces per grating. For dynamically loaded structures it is necessary to use the special clips - contact NOVING for more details. Alternatively, it is possible to weld the gratings to supports but the weld damages galvanization surface protection.
5. After assembly check the attachment and load capability of gratings. If deflections are greater than expected, contact NOVING for consultations.

Stair treads assembly instructions

1. Assembly should be executed in accordance with the technical drawings, gratings layout plan and the following instructions. The relevant workplace safety rules and ordinances, e.g. Czech ordinance No. 324/1990 should be observed.
2. Stair treads are attached to the main bearing structure of staircase by 2+2 bolts.
3. Pay attention to tread orientation - perforated framing is the contact antislip edge of tread.
4. After assembly check the attachment and load capability of treads. If deflections are greater than expected, contact NOVING for consultations.

Expanded sheet floor gratings assembly

Gratings should be supported on minimal 4 points (edges of rectangle). It is necessary to ensure the stability of the grating. Please use minimal amount of screws 4 pieces for 1 grating to prevent accidental lifting or shifting of the grating. Typical examples of fixing are showed on the picture.
