Company Introduction, certification
NOVING deals with both theoretical and practical aspects of steel structures. It has been established in 1990 as a successor of Steel Structures Research Institute of VÍTKOVICE, Czech Republic. It continues the long tradition of the art of steel structures design and the production. NOVING has been awarded the European Award for Steel structures in 1993.
NOVING has the certified system of quality guarantee according to ISO 9001.
NOVING is a certified producer according to Czech Technical Standard ČSN 73 2601 appendix 2, with the extension to the production of bridges, poles and towers. It is also a registered weight producer. NOVING has employees with authorization for static and dynamic evaluation and construction of bridges and engineering structures. NOVING has the authority from ministry of transportation Czech Republic for performing the main and the special inspections of bridges. The composite steel and concrete skeleton system, which has been developed by NOVING is certified by Technical and Test Institute for Constructions. The composite steel and concrete bridges are used on road and special weight.
NOVING has been engaged for a long time in the custom production of welded, pressed and stainless floor gratings according to DIN 24 537, stair treads according to DIN 24 531 and spiral flights. New production line is based on expanded metal grating. All kinds of the supplied gratings are certified by Technical and Test Institute for Construction.
Certification and prizes
NOVING has received the European Award for Steel structures in 1993. Till now, only three Czech companies have been awarded by the award.
